Adidas
ADIDAS Style Essentials, a sport-inspired fashion collection targeted at 15-19 year olds.
The online campaign, titled ‘Go Find’, featured a virtual treasure hunt, starting from the ADIDAS Style Essentials Bebo profile page, where users were encouraged to follow clues, leading to hidden prize-filled cubes. We developed a series of viral traffic drivers, including animations and interactive ads, which were seeded across the internet – including the MSN Messenger platform – in the run up to the campaign to help create online anticipation.
The launch day began with a Bebo homepage takeover that encouraged users to download an application that allowed them to play the virtual game. With clues released by us daily, via wall comments and the Bebo blog, users became brand advocates, sharing tips on how cubes could be found. The four-week campaign reached an unprecedented interactivity level of 213% - showing that every landing on the profile page was followed by at least two interactions such as wall posts or whiteboard comments. The Bebo average interactivity rate is 10% for similar campaigns.
During working at Four 23 I learned that the Holy Grail for any online campaign is to ensure that users are engaged beyond a single visit. The key to success is the mixing of great technology with a high level of consistent customer input.

Sony Playstation Season (MIF)
Sony: Playstation Season (Part of the Manchester International Festival)
Playstation Season was a highly creative project where artists of all areas work together to create new innovative platforms to showcase the Manchester International Festival and their sponsor Sony Playstation.
From website design and identity to promotional material including working with a 3D animator who brought our ideas to life.
During the festival we had to document the events by writing reviews and photographing/filming the highlights. The final week we also had to work together on an installation piece, which was showcased in the pop-up hub in Albert Square. This was a brilliant experience; I learned a lot and developed new skills in a short space of time.

The organizers approached me to work for them again in 2011 to produce bespoke projected visuals for the closing ceremony of the MIF. My Visuals were showcased as a backdrop behind Dave Haslam (BBC Radio DJ) and Joey Negro (Ministry of Sound DJ). A video can be viewed in the ‘Play section of my website.

NESCAFE ICE
Brief: We need a visual identity for the Nescafé Ice brand and to see how this look and feel could be brought to life as Point of Sale solutions for a quick service restaurant such as Subway. The product is available in 4 varieties, including classic coffee flavours: Latte, Mocha Latte, Cappuccino and French Vanilla.
Key visual elements:
- Nescafé Ice logo
- Product shot of a glass of Nescafé Ice – with real taste appeal and
refreshment cues
- Image of coffee beans
- Brand strapline: ‘Give yourself a refreshing boost’
- Show how the identity flexes for the different flavour varieties.
- Ideas showing how the brand could be brought to life as POS items
for a QSR restaurant.
- How can you make the experience memorable?

Fresh Start
This project was for a property development company where I designed the website, e-newsletters and promotional material. I really enjoyed making Apps for this company too including a property investment calculator and a property investment magazine App. I also made some promo videos and info-graphics presentations during my time there for conferences and events.

Patchwork
During my time at 'I'm Creative: Multidisciplinary Studio' Patchwork asked us to produce new packaging and a website to match. The bright handcrafted design, which they had chosen, was then taken further in to exhibition display stands for events and conferences and certainly grabbed the customer’s attention. This project was a huge success and the company has been growing from strength to strength ever since.

So 2 Speak Speech Therapy App
So 2 Speak is an app for oro-motor exercises. The Speech and Language Therapist can design a specific program of oro-motor exercises tailored to an individual client.
It was my job to design new branding and layout for the App, website and a booklet. It was imperative that I clearly understood the usability within the App, catering for people with speech, language and other disabilities. Therefore the design had to be very clear and concise with large buttons and clear colour coded features. It is now being tested by Manchester University and within the NHS especially with victims of stroke. We have heard very good feedback that it is helping with their progression.

OEE Website Design
Oee a management training company wanted the layout of their website refreshed, so sticking to strict brand guidelines this was the final outcome of stage one.
I have also been working on some more icon / info-graphic based illustrations and an info-graphic animation to present to OEE. I feel that this would modernise their company and it can be spread along many channels in the future. (Examples of these are shown in the next project view).
I always look beyond the horizon and enjoy finding fresh new ways in which modern techniques can be integrated smoothly into projects. Always staying focused, thinking ahead and trying to exceed expectations.
